Job Title: Solar PV Istaller

Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Location: 10800 Hanna St Beltsville MD

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced residential Solar PV installers to join our team. This position is critical to ensure that our proposed solar projects are installed on homes according to plans, efficiency and timely. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in maintaining an organized schedule, and enjoy construction and being on the road daily traveling to job sites, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Driving to job sites

- Carrying equipment up to 50lbs

- Loading and unloading materials into van and unloading at job sites

- Assisting with installing solar panels on rooftops.

- Ability to climb ladders up to 3 stories high

- Ability to maneuver in tight attic spaces to get measurements.

- Previous experience in construction required, solar preferred

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.
