The role

Ideal applicants will possess education in electricity and/or electronics, hands-on skills, have experience managing and organizing teams. Problem solvers, who are flexible and attentive to customers' needs.

Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:

- Manage both material resources and assigned people associated with your area to ensure the achievement of objectives and full customer satisfaction.

- Supervise and direct the activity of their assigned area, distributing resources according to the needs that arise, ensuring compliance with agreements with customers.

- Ensure compliance with the logistics policy defined by the company as well as its associated processes.

- Supervise and ensure the correct completion of inventories according to the defined frequency.

- Liaise with customers to schedule and coordinate required actions at their facilities and provide feedback on service tracking and status.

- Ensure that the members of the team record the information of the actions according to the established parameters and make responsible use of the materials assigned for their activity.

- Coordinate transversally with internal departments to ensure the correct development of the work.

- Follow up and report on the scorecard (area KPI's, risk and needs report) and report on the status of your area to your immediate manager at the defined frequency.

- Follow-up of new recruits in positions with direct dependency. Evaluate the performance and efficiency of the team members.

- Carry out all those tasks entrusted by your immediate manager both associated with your area and linked to other departments to ensure the correct development of the work.

- Comply with the procedures for the correct development of the work and the regulations associated with the company's health and safety policy.

Requirements

- 3+ years or more in similar positions or activities, leading technical teams in contact with clients for project management.

- AS / BS Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Renewables or similar preferred

- Professional level of Office 365 package, knowledge and experience in ERP, preferably SAP

- Fluency in English. Spanish is well considered.
