Job Summary

We are seeking an in-house/ onsite creative and driven Social Media Specialist to lead our Marketing efforts with a flexible schedule. The role is a part-time position and could lead into a full-time position for the right passionate person. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brands presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for digital marketing and above all the passion and love of jewelry!

Responsibilities

•

Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok and others.

•

Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including graphics, videos, and written posts.

•

Utilize tools for scheduling posts and monitoring engagement metrics.

•

Conduct SEO research to optimize content for search engines and increase visibility.

•

Manage relationships with followers, influencer respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

•

Analyze social media performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to refine strategies.

•

Collaborate as a team to produce visually appealing and on brand contents.

•

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.

•

Ulitize AI to build content and campaigns.

•

Participate in Branding discussions including product merchandising.

•

Collaborate with in-house Web Developers to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles.

•

Proficiency in an array of graphic design tools such is preferred.

•

3D rendering skill a major bonus!

•

Strong understanding of SEO principles and their application in content creation.

•

Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

•

Familiarity with social media management tools.

•

Experience in photography or videography is advantageous for content creation.

•

Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.

•

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

•

Ability to collaborate and lead influencers.
