Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a keen eye for design, and the ability to engage audiences across various platforms. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies that align with our brand’s goals while fostering community engagement and enhancing our online presence.
Duties
•
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
•
Create compelling content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
•
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
•
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
•
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and e-commerce to leverage new opportunities.
•
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
•
Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand voice.
•
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing tasks as needed.
Requirements
•
Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of content creation.
•
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
•
Experience with video editing software for creating engaging multimedia content.
•
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies is a plus.
•
Strong proofreading skills to maintain high-quality content standards.
•
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
•
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for storytelling through digital mediums.
•
A passion for staying current on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
