We’re looking for a social media & Content Manager to lead, create, and manage our social media presence. This person will play a key role in shaping how people experience the NU Energy brand across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn. - Build and manage a cross-platform content calendar
- Develop and execute launch campaigns, seasonal promotions, and community-based content
- Research industry trends, competitor behavior, and audience preferences
- Design and produce engaging content (short-form video, photo, graphic, written copy)
- Use tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar for editing
- Write compelling captions, product messaging, and on-brand social copy
- Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and mentions in real-time
- Cultivate relationships with micro-influencers, local athletes, and brand partners
- Contribute to brand voice development and tone guidelines
- Use platform analytics to track reach, growth, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Create monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Adjust content strategy based on performance data
- Perform additional tasks as required by the manager
- 1–3 years' experience managing brand social media, preferably for a startup or CPG company
- Portfolio or samples of previous social content (especially short-form video or branded storytelling)
- Proficiency in content tools like Canva, CapCut, Later, Buffer, or similar
- Solid copywriting skills with a sense of humor and cultural awareness
- Ability to take initiative and work independently while staying aligned with team goals
- Experience with influencer partnerships, paid ads, or email marketing is a plus
