Site Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. This role requires effective communication with team members, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget. Duties

- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards.

- Manage project scheduling using tools such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid to ensure timely completion of tasks.

- Oversee the quality control process by conducting regular inspections and ensuring adherence to project specifications and blueprints.

- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any issues that arise on-site.

- Prepare and manage contracts, budgets, and project estimates while maintaining accurate documentation using construction management software like ProCore and Bluebeam.

- Provide training and support for team members, fostering a collaborative work environment that promotes efficiency and productivity.

- Utilize schematics and ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues as needed during the construction process.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising construction sites.

- Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6, HeavyBid, ProCore, or similar tools.

- Strong understanding of budgeting, contracts, construction estimating, quality control measures, and blueprint reading.

- Familiarity with pipeline construction processes is a plus.

- Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.03 - $28.94 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
