Primary Objective: The Site Supervisor is responsible for effectively managing multiple crews on large commercial and/or residential job sites. They directly communicate job and performance status to Operations Management.
- Managing crews and equipment
- Scheduling jobs
- Reviewing plan sets
- Ordering material and tracking costs
- Identifying change orders
- Assessing jobs and job sites and performing quality checks
- Creating and maintaining reports
- Maintaining safety protocols on job sites
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Detail oriented and shows pride in work
- Technical troubleshooting capability
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs of weight frequently throughout the day
- Must be willing to climb ladders, stairs and work on rooftops
- Must have valid driver license and reliable transportation with a clean driving record
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal and drug screen
- Must have own hand tools
- OSHA 10 Certification
- TECL License
- Verifiable references
- US Citizenship or Work Permit
Physical Demands:Employee is required to walk, lift heavy objects, climb ladders and stairs, and work on rooftops.
