This position leads a team of technicians to reach the projects target goals. The Project Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring quality of installations, fixing problem accounts, and assisting in the field.

What would your day look like as a Supervisor with KTI?
- 20% of the day in the project office performing QA, reporting, and team management activities
- 80% at locations around Calgary supporting labour in the field
- On-call troubleshooting in the field
- Conducting and leading weekly meetings to track and monitor progress
- Conducting and leading weekly H&S meetings to ensure contractual compliance
- Ability to complete water meter installations as required
- Coordinating and managing metering installation projects, field operations, inventory control, scheduling, and production
- Develop corrective measures to address quality issues around workmanship
- Root cause source of data entry errors and implement corrective measures
- Compile and maintain relevant project metrics for weekly QA progress meetings and audits
- Work with the project PM for any necessary duties
- Any other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time by your manager- Construction/Trades/Laborer experience: 2 years +
- 5 day work week, with flexible or changing hours as required including Saturdays
- Rotating work hours, including 8 hours shifts between 8am-8pm and including Saturdays
- Supervisory experience: 2 years +- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous water meter installation experience is an asset
- Soldering and plumbing experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (with a valid insurance)
- Mandatory clean criminal background check and drivers abstract
