Site Supervisor / Carpenter

We’re looking for a skilled Site Supervisor/Carpenter to join our construction team. This hybrid role combines hands-on carpentry with site supervision, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision

- Oversee day-to-day operations on commercial and residential job sites

- Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and schedules

- Ensure work is done safely, meets quality standards, follows regulations, and stays on schedule

- Communicate with clients, inspectors, architects and project stakeholders

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Carpentry

- Perform framing, finishing, cabinetry, and custom woodwork

- Interpret blueprints and building plans

- Maintain and repair structures as needed

Qualifications:

- Legally eligible to work in Canada

- 5+ years in construction; 2+ years in a supervisory role

- Carpentry certification/apprenticeship preferred

- Valid driver’s license required

- Proficient with tools, blueprints, and safety codes

- Detail-oriented

- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations

- Proven leadership, organization, and communication skills
