Shop Technician

- 2 Years minimum Experience of Recertification (1502 Iron, Sand Traps, Swivels Etc) Preferred but not required. (Willing to train the right candidate).

- Have a safety mindset to ensure employees work safely

- Should have a good understanding of inspection procedures, techniques, and possess solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Work directly with personnel to help excel at their job duties.

- Pays attention to detail and reviews every project completed to ensure it is up to company standards.

- Addresses and resolves client issues and complaints

- Ensures that shop area is clean, organized, and conducts regular inspection and maintenance of equipment and tools.

- Ability to multi-task – Coordinate with multiple areas to produce quality equipment and complete customer work orders and ensures that all deadlines are met.

- Ability to effectively communicate with the shop employees, Managers and Manage time efficiently.

- Demonstrates strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Ability to understand, interpret and communicate company policies and procedures.

- Ability to work and perform under extreme weather conditions.

- Must be able to lift objects over 50 lbs.

- Is qualified to operate heavy machinery.

- Current and valid Driver’s License.

- Pre-employment drug screen required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
