The Shop Mechanic, as part of the Maintenance Department, will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of diesel trucks using hand and power tools while following both oral and written work orders.
- Fourteen (14) days on, seven (7) days off
- Open to local and non-local candidates
- Workdays typically run 10-12 hours, with overtime required
- $28.00-$48.00 an hour, depending on experience
- Hourly premium for local employees
- Company provided housing and travel reimbursement for non-local employees up to $1,500
- $40.00 a day per diem when working and staying away from home district and food not provided

- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided
- Diagnose and repair all equipment
- Regularly perform Preventive Maintenance
- Troubleshoot malfunctions on all equipment
- Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies & Procedures
- Valid Driver’s License, Class A CDL preferred but not required
- Satisfactory Driving Record for last 3 years
- Diesel mechanic education/certification preferred
- 2+ years diesel/hydraulic maintenance- Previous industry related experience preferred
- Every new hire attends Orientation and Training School (OaTS)
