Shop Mechanic

West Penn Utilities is currently hiring a shop Mechanic for our company.

Requirements

- Valid Drivers License

- Knowledge of vehicle and machine maintenance to include brakes electric and hydraulic

- Medium duty maintenance, oil changes, electrical problems, gas and diesel engines

- Able to perform work independently

- Machine care (greasing, checking fluids, and hydraulic line replacement)

- Basic welding skills

- Availability to work Monday to Friday and an occasional Saturday if needed

- Ability to keep track of shop inventory

- Ability to operate a flat bed tow truck and skid steer.

Pay will be based on skill level and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
