Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Shop Maintenance / Inventory. This role is essential in ensuring that our shop operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop while managing inventory levels to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

•

Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly.

•

Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and identify items that need to be reordered.

•

Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming inventory shipments.

•

Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.

•

Collaborate with team members to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

•

Keep accurate records of inventory usage and maintenance activities.

•

Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to management promptly.

Qualifications

•

Previous experience in a maintenance or inventory role is preferred but not required.

•

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

•

Ability to operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.

•

Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members effectively.

•

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required by the job.

•

A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills related to maintenance and inventory management.
