Inventory Manager

Position Summary

The Inventory and Millwork Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control and millwork operations across multiple market locations. This role requires a hands-on leader with proven experience in inventory management, a strong understanding of millwork production processes, and the ability to manage delivery logistics and team coordination. The successful candidate will ensure accurate inventory within NetSuite, optimize millwork processes, and support seamless product delivery across the company’s operating regions.

Key Responsibilities

·Oversee inventory management operations company-wide, ensuring inventory accuracy, proper storage, and timely replenishment.

·Manage and maintain the NetSuite inventory system across all markets, including updates, audits, and troubleshooting.

·Supervise millwork processes, ensuring quality control and timely production.

·Coordinate delivery logistics, including scheduling drivers, planning efficient delivery routes, and ensuring proper loading of trucks.

·Lead and support warehouse staff and delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency.

·Conduct physical inventory counts across market locations; reconcile variances and implement corrective actions.

·Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss, damage, or obsolescence.

·Partner with purchasing and production teams to forecast demand and manage stock levels accordingly.

·Monitor and report on key inventory and millwork performance metrics.

· Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in all areas of responsibility.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of direct inventory management experience.

·Experience in millwork or a construction materials environment is strongly preferred.

·Working knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems.

·Proven ability to manage logistics and delivery operations, including route planning and truck loading.

·Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead by example and foster team accountability.

·Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

·Ability to travel to company market locations for inventory reviews and audits.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
