We are seeking a dependable and motivated Shop Laborer to support daily shop operations in Littleton CO and ensure field crews have the tools and resources needed for successful projects. This role involves general shop upkeep, equipment support duties, and routine vehicle maintenance, with occasional travel to job sites as needed.

The starting hourly rate is $20.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience.

What You’ll Do

- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment to keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently

- Receive, unload, and organize deliveries so crews always have what they need to get the job done

- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites to support field teams and project schedules

- Properly dispose of debris and materials at approved facilities to keep our operations clean and compliant

- Set up barrels, cones, and “No Parking” signage ahead of projects to help secure and prepare work zones

- Move company trucks between the shop and job sites, supporting our fleet and keeping work on schedule

- Assist the Shop Mechanic and field teams with hands-on tasks and equipment needs — no two days are the same

- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, including checking fluids, tires, hoses, and grease fittings

- Accurately record maintenance and inspection activity to keep our fleet running strong.

- Pitch in with other tasks as needed — we’re a team and we get it done together!

What You Bring

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver's license with safe driving record

- Basic math and problem-solving skills

- Dependable, hands-on learner with a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and alongside a team

- Valid driver’s license required with clean motor vehicle report

- Possess a Class A or B CDL and be aligned with Insituform’s motor vehicle standards, or be willing to obtain one within 180 days of being hired

- Must have strong Excel and Word skills

- Solid communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot problems quickly
