Dickinson Manufacturing is a proudly Canadian company based in Cloverdale, BC. We engineer, manufacture, and market the Dickinson Marine line of appliances for boats, as well as provide custom metal fabrication for a range of industries. Our products are distributed worldwide through dealers, distributors, and OEMs.

About the Position

We are currently looking for multiple full-time Shop Helpers to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals with strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Drilling and tapping

- Hardware insertion

- Grinding

- Forming and assisting with other shop tasks

Most tasks do not involve heavy lifting, though occasional lifting may be required. For motivated individuals, this role can lead to growth and advancement into other departments within the company.

About You

You bring a great work ethic, enjoy being part of a team, and consistently produce high-quality work. You have:

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Capacity to lift up to 40 lbs when required

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
