· We are looking to add a Service Coordinator to our team!

Responsibilities

· Work Order management

· Work Order scheduling

· Customer Service

· Billings/Accounts Receivable

· Accounts Payable Invoices

· Collections/ Accounts Receivable

· Assist with incentive programs

· Project set up/Closeout

· Assist with subtrade management

· Request Building Permit/Business License as needed

· Set up travel arrangements as needed

· Misc. administrative tasks given by the Director of Administration.

Required Skills and Experience:

· 1 to 2 years Customer Service Experience

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
