Reporting to the Parts Supervisor, the Service Parts Coordinator will play a vital role in our dynamic and fast-paced company. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our parts supply and providing quick, accurate service to internal customers. The coordinator will manage various tasks that contribute to efficient inventory management, customer satisfaction, and overall business success.

· Order Management: Process and manage service parts orders efficiently and accurately.
· Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure availability of parts.
· Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to service parts.
· Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of parts orders.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and customer interactions.
· Problem Resolution: Address and resolve issues such as backorders, shipment discrepancies, and billing problems.
· Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
· Service Excellence: Uphold our mission of creating the best customer experience by ensuring that all service requests are handled promptly, accurately, and to the highest standards.
· High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
· Previous experience in a heavy equipment service/Parts environment is preferred but not required.
· Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment and machinery is an asset but not required.
· Forklift training is an asset but not required.
· First aid training is an asset but not required.
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
