Service Coordinator

This position provides customer service at a local level answering routine questions, issues about products or services from customers. Along with providing customer support, this position is responsible for the efficient routing or service work. The incumbent may also take escalated customer calls including billing questions, product support, and determine appropriate solutions or responses. Typically requires a high school diploma and 5 plus years of related experience.
