Service Apprentice

Are you ready to start a hands-on career where you get paid to learn? We’re looking for motivated individuals who are eager to gain real-world experience in the oil and gas field and build a long-term career in the service industry.

As a Service Apprentice, you’ll shadow and learn directly from subject matter experts in house and in the field. You’ll receive practical on-the-job training until you’re skilled enough to work independently with our customers. Along the way, you’ll gain valuable technical knowledge, professional field experience, and the confidence to take ownership of service calls.

With 70+ years of industry experience, ERP system, 3D CAD software, and on-site manual and computer-aided machines, we are a one-stop-shop for industry-leading products, turnkey solutions, and worldwide service.

What You’ll Do

- Shadow and work alongside experienced Assembly and Service professionals

- Assist with troubleshooting, installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks

- Learn customer service best practices and how to represent the company professionally

- Travel with service experts to various customer locations

- Progress toward working independently as a certified field service technician

What We’re Looking For

- High school graduate or equivalent (no degree or experience required)

- Mechanical aptitude and/or technical interest strongly preferred

- Willingness to travel and work in the field

- Strong communication and professionalism when interacting with customers

- Eagerness to learn and take initiative

This is a full-time, in person position with the occasional opportunity for overtime. Starting salary is determined by experience, education, and potential.
