Expected hourly range of $20.41 to $22.68, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

The Commercial Plumbing Apprentice will provide support to the Commercial Service operations. Under general supervision of a licensed plumber, the Commercial Plumbing Apprentice will assist with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while gaining familiarity with tools, materials, and job site procedures. This role participates in a formal apprenticeship training program designed to prepare individuals to become licensed journeyman plumbers through a combination of on-the-job training, rotational field assignments, and related classroom instruction.

- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition.

- Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and compliance training.

- Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Assist with installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of commercial plumbing systems.

- Support pipe fitting, fixture installation, and system testing under the guidance of licensed plumbers.

- Assist with water heater, booster pump, and circulation system service as part of training and development.

- Accurately document work orders, parts usage, and service activities using company systems.

- Order parts and participate in online and classroom training.

- Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members.

- Support job-site cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.

- Work safely and professionally with plumbing tools, equipment, and materials.

Minimum Qualifications

- Active State Plumbing Apprenticeship License

- Eligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver's license

- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing

- Willing and available to work overtime when required

- Demonstrated basic knowledge of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and gas piping

- Ability to read and interpret basic drawings, diagrams, and work orders

- Possess basic math, measurement, and computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Gas Fitter Trainee or Apprentice License

- Graduate of an accredited vocational or trade school or a 1 year of related field experience

- Hands-on experience with commercial plumbing systems, drain cleaning, or jetting equipment
