Senior Technical Business Analyst

A key Optimus direct client is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst

to support and optimize enterprise trading and risk systems within a power-focused energy organization.

This role partners closely with traders, asset managers, risk, and technology teams to enhance ETRM, scheduling, settlement, and bid-to-bill workflows across the full trade lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

- Translate business requirements into system configurations

- Support ETRM and operational platform enhancements

- Improve integration, data workflows, and automation

- Lead UAT, testing, and post-production support

- Troubleshoot system and data issues impacting trading and risk

What You Bring

- 3–5+ years supporting ETRM or energy trading systems

- Power markets experience strongly preferred

- Experience with scheduling, risk, or settlement platforms

- SQL proficiency and Python or C# experience

- Strong understanding of system integrations and APIs

High-impact role with strong business interaction and real ownership.
