Purpose
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with hiring leaders across Liberty’s North American portfolio of Regulated Utilities in order to identify, attract, and source qualified talent using different niche channels and social media outlets. The Specialist will bring integrity, customer-focus, creativity, and a value-add mindset to collaborate effectively with dynamic utility operations teams spanning electric, gas, and water commodities.
Accountabilities
•Accountable for full-cycle recruitment for individual contributor to Director level roles
•Continually build talent pool pipelines for high-volume, niche, and critical roles
•Gather and act on market intelligence, adapt and influence outcomes
•Build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
•Support behavioral Interviews and assessments
•Build and maintain community relationships in support of company goals
•Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvements
•Research and participate in relevant career fairs, workforce development programs, and professional events to support hiring initiatives and build the Liberty employer brand
•Contribute to social media campaigns and drive brand awareness
•Consult with leaders to develop interview guides and rating criteria aligned with HR and hiring manager expectations
Education and Experience
•Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration or related field of study. Extensive industry experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
•5+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment activities
•Experience developing passive candidate sourcing strategies and campaigns
•Strong proficiency in Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other common sourcing platforms
•MS Office Products, and ATS system experience
•Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
•Strategic, dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take the initiative
•Highly motivated, goal-driven, result-oriented and team player

Full salary range $90,000 - $135,000 per year
Liberty considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, training and skills, and geographic location. Base pay will typically fall within the min to mid-point with some exceptions.*
