Senior Manager, Logistics- Marine

Where will you work: This position will be located at our NA business headquarters at 13830 Circa Crossing Drive | Lithia, FL. Hybrid with three dedicated office days of Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday with the opportunity to work from home Wednesday and Friday. Willingness to travel throughout the (10-15%) U.S. & Canada.

Are you ready to lead logistics on a global scale? Mosaic is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Logistics Marine to oversee and optimize our dry bulk marine transportation operations. In this high-impact role, you’ll negotiate and manage contracts across a diverse range of vessels and facilities—from barges and international ships to direct transfer and stevedore operations. You’ll also lead a talented team, drive innovation through new technologies, and build strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and customers.
