Position Summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a

to join our Connected Solutions team. The ideal candidate is an experienced, self-directed leader with strong operational, organizational, financial, collaboration, and communication skills that is interested in defining and leading business operations in the fast-paced, high-growth team. This is a high impact role for a candidate who is passionate about delivering results that maximize organizational return. The Sr. Mgr. Business Operations will play an integral role in defining and executing our business strategy to drive incremental growth for Regal Rexnord through digital enablement.
