Senior Landman

ESA has been recruiting productive professionals for our Oil & Gas clients for two decades. Our successful, privately held Upstream client located in the DFW area is looking for a couple of Landmen

to join its team. These roles are open exclusively due to growth as the organization rarely has turnover due to unsatisfied employees. This company is VERY stable (relative to the O&G industry)

Additional considerations for review...

- Research and analyze leases, deeds, contracts, and other ownership details to assist and ensure accurate information

- Assist with land-related questions and concerns to generate standard periodic reports on ownership, payment and/or acreage information

- Assist with title issues and account questions related to asset acquisitions and divestitures, including preparation and analysis of division orders/transfer orders, curative instruments, deeds, conveyances, affidavits, and any and all land related documents.

- Perform in-house due diligence on assets working with internal and external parties to clear and cure title.

- Qualified candidates MUST have solid recent experience working assets in Appalachia (PA, WV and/or Ohio)

- 5-10 years of overall experience is the very center of the lane for this role

- Candidates open to being in-office in the DFW area highly preferred (relo assistance available)

- This is a full time role including salary, bonus, 401k match and other benefits

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
