Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an In-House Landman located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The In-House Landman will be responsible for managing land operations, negotiating land acquisitions, handling lease and title work, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include tracking land ownership, maintaining land records, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring all land-related activities align with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

- Experience in land operations, lease management, and title work

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and legal documentation

- Ability to manage land records and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work on-site in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field preferred

- Experience in the energy industry is a plus
