As a Landman, you will play a key role in supporting our in-situ uranium mining operations in Wyoming. You will be responsible for maintaining company land and mineral records, negotiating uranium mineral leases, and securing surface use and access agreements. This position requires a strong understanding of land/mining law, mineral rights, and the uranium mining industry. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leases, contracts, surface use agreements, and other land-related documents.
· Track lease obligations, expirations, payments, and critical deadlines.
· Prepare and process lease agreements, amendments, assignments, and related documents.
· Coordinate with Accounts Payable to ensure proper handling of lease rentals, royalty payments, and other financial obligations.
· Support the Land Manager with due diligence, title verification, and document review for mineral and surface interests.
· Conduct field research in Wyoming counties to access records not available online.
· Create and maintain maps to accompany surface use agreements, right-of-way agreements, and mineral leases, coordinating with the GIS specialist to ensure accuracy and consistency.
· Update and maintain the company's land position using GIS.
· This is a salary-exempt position that involves working in an office setting with occasional travel.
· Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices in all work-related activities.
· Must be able to recognize hazardous conditions, follow company safety policies and practices, and engage in a strong safety culture.

· The successful candidate will be required to submit to mandatory drug and alcohol testing prior to employment.
· Knowledge of land and mineral ownership, lease terms, and surface agreements.
· Ability to interpret legal descriptions, plats, and title documents.
· Proficiency in GIS mapping, including coordinate systems, parcels, and property boundaries.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with landowners and internal team members.
· Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in professional land management from an AAPL-accredited program is preferred.
· Experience in the mining industry, particularly in land management, title work, or mineral leasing.
· Ability to interpret legal descriptions, plats, and title documents accurately.
· Competence in GIS mapping, including coordinate systems, parcels and property boundaries.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
· Capability to prepare reports, correspondence, and exhibits for land agreements.
· Proficiency in standard office software, including word processing and spreadsheets; experience with geospatial software.
