Job Summary
Experienced professional responsible for preparing, submitting, and tracking proposal letters for new wells, workovers, re-completions, and pluggings. The ideal candidate will calculate complex working interest and net revenue interest ownership, maintain accurate data in Land systems, and coordinate with stakeholders on regulatory matters. Proficiency in title ownership and curative documentation, along with the ability to research complex land issues and mentor junior staff, is essential.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare, submit and track proposal letters sent to partners on new wells, workovers, re-completions and pluggings.
- Ability to calculate complex working interest and net revenue interest ownership in wells.
- Proficient in title ownership and curative documentation.
- Maintains accurate data in land systems to ensure proper reporting to stakeholders.
- Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders in preparation and monitoring of regulatory matters.
- Research complex contract, lease, title and landowner issues and makes recommendations regarding such matters.
- Applies extensive knowledge and experience to a variety of situations.
- Mentoring junior level staff.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Advanced knowledge in analyzing and inputting land contracts into internal database.
- Able to prepare and calculate complex working interest for well setup.

- High school diploma (or GED).
- Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience.
- An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
