Drake Land Services, LLC is a comprehensive land company providing services for exploration, midstream, alternative energy, and carbon sequestration projects, as well as a variety of other services associated with land ownership and use.

Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Landman at Drake Land Services, LLC. The Landman will be responsible for preparing leasehold and mineral ownership reports, due diligence, negotiating leases, title curative, and other land-related activities on a day-to-day basis. Willingness to travel preferred.

Qualifications

- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and various cloud drive services

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Negotiation and communication skills

- 5+ years of title experience is preferred, but not required

- CPL or RPL designation preferred
