Mission

We’re looking for a full-time Full-Stack Software Engineer to lead development across our web and mobile applications. This person should have proven experience working with Bluetooth, Building, Shipping, and Deploying Mobile and Web Applications. This is a hands-on role for a technical generalist who thrives in early-stage environments and wants full ownership across the software stack.

What You'll Do

- Develop user-facing applications for Mobile (iOS + Android) or Web Applications

- Integrate with cloud services for data collection, OTA updates, and diagnostics

- Collaborate tightly with hardware, test, and product teams to create robust, scalable systems

- Design, build, and maintain the systems and infrastructure that collect, process, and move large volumes of data

- Shape foundational software architecture, stack, and developer workflows

- Build or onboard and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and device monitoring infrastructure

What We're Looking For

- Comfort building full-stack applications

- Frontend: iOS, Android (shipped an App on both), and React Native or Flutter

- Backend: Node.js, React, Python, Java, or equivalent

- Experience designing, developing, and integrating software for devices that use Bluetooth technology

- Experience designing for reliability, maintainability, and offline environments

- Self-directed, hands-on builder who values clarity, simplicity, and cross-functional work

Nice to Have

- Cellular experience, remote monitoring, OTA update pipelines, or IoT platforms

- Familiarity with hardware/software integration and field deployments

- Experience with high-rate manufacturing, MRP, ERP systems

- DevOps, Infrastructure experience

- Experience with embedded firmware (C/C++, RTOS, or similar low-level systems)
