POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support for members of our executive management team (CEO & COO) and other departments as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Prepare business correspondence, documents, reports, presentations, and other documents as directed.
•Coordinate travel arrangements.
•Compile expense reports for executives.
•Manage company vehicles (registration, insurance, titling, DOT).
•Manage Outlook calendars.
•Schedule and set up for meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
•Coordinate events (Board meetings, Lender meetings, All Company meetings, golf outing, holiday parties, employee outings, etc.).
•Communication management (voicemail/contact us inquiries/faxes).
•Manage company promotional materials.
•Back up to Receptionist.
•Perform general clerical functions and willing to help with other duties as they arise in other departments (Accounting, HR, Community Outreach, etc.).
QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS):
•Must be professional and have excellent time management and organizational skills.
•Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and a meticulous attention to detail.
•Must be proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
•Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
•Ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization and industry.
•Proactively identify potential issues.
•Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
•Notary Public (preferred but not necessary).
Physical Requirements of the Position:
Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a desk, ability to bend over and reach above head, ability to lift under 15 pounds, ability to view computer screen for extended periods of time, and ability to type on a keyboard.
