•Hours: 75 hours bi-weekly
•Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

•Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages

•Compile data, statistics and other information

•Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
•Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents

•Perform basic bookkeeping tasks

•Calculate and affix correct postage on letters, parcels, and registered mail
•Calculate billing charges
•Fill mail or electronic orders from warehouse stock
•Calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile with total sales
•Prepare daily reports of fuel, oil and accessory sales
•Load and unload vehicles using forklift or dolly
