Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a friendly individual, who has a positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills. A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is required.

The candidate must be reliable and have a reliable form of transportation.

Chesapeake Petroleum was founded in 1961. We are located in Gaithersburg, MD and are leaders in the Automotive/Commercial and Industrial Lubricants Industry throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

· Answering a multi-line phone system

· Greeting visitors

· Maintain a neat and organized reception area

· Data entry

· Filing/scanning

· Mailing

· Other administrative duties

Necessary Skills:

· Must have the ability to master a multi-line telephone system

· Have a high attention to detail

· Excellent organizational skills

· Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)

· Be a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
