Directs, trains, and supervises operational processes in factory material handling, production operations, and management practices. Identify and correct systematic deficiencies and issues of noncompliance. Directly manages job balancing and closing process. Supervises direct reports.

Responsibilities

•

Component Cycle Counts (Daily)

•

Be point person on our quarterly BDO audits

•

Material Manager (Locked Bins, Adjustments & Quantity Issues)

•

Material flows from receipt to FG’s

+ Receiving + Issuing Jobs + Job Balancing – Closing

•

Training program for onboarding MH’s

•

PIV Safety

•

Accountability with their direct reports using/creating KPI’s

•

Implement inventory control procedures & best practices.

•

Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency & accuracy in inventory & operations.

Qualifications

•

Leadership and Supervision: Experience in leading and motivating teams preferred.

•

Inventory Management: Understanding of inventory control procedures and policies.

•

Production Knowledge: Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production schedules.

•

Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

•

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management.

•

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems.

•

Organization and Planning: Ability to plan and organize production schedules and workflows.
