Job Title: Supervisor – Supply Chain

Location: Carlsbad, NM

Overview

Supervisor – Supply Chain, reports directly to Manager – Supply Chain

Primary Responsibilities

· Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain team including:

o Incoming parts requisitions

o Warehouse organization / processes

o Overall time management for the team and priorities

· Assist/participate in conversations related to warehouse stock levels

· Assist in semi-annual physical inventory counts

o Main warehouse

o Conex storage units

· Assist and consistently help with the ordering of parts for high priority items (non-stock unit specific)

Qualifications

· Existing knowledge of oil & gas compressors from a parts perspective

· Effective written and verbal communication both internally and externally

· Time management and ability to prioritize daily requests from the operations team

· Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred

Experience

· 3-5 years oil & gas compression supply chain experience

· 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience

Travel

· Travel to Gulf Coast Region (East and South Texas)

Physical Demands

· Occasionally required to perform warehouse duties such as: lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, stoop, twist, kneel, and squat.
