SCADA Trainee
Under supervision, trains in the maintenance the Authority’s Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) related systems.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist in the resolution of failures; perform preventative maintenance; and train in troubleshooting and repair activities on SCADA equipment.
- SCADA equipment can include but is not limited to:
- Programmable Logic Controllers
- Remote terminal units
- Power Supplies
- Relays
- Breakers
- Various field devices with I/O
- Works in and around water treatment plants, water booster pump stations, production wells, water storage tanks, wastewater treatment plants, wastewater pump stations and effluent disposal sites.
- Performs other duties as required within the scope of responsibility.
Pay = $23.15 - $33.56 per hour.
SCADA Specialist I
Under limited supervision, performs maintenance of the Authority’s Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) related systems.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Identifies and completes resolution of failures; performs preventative maintenance; and knowledgeable in troubleshooting and repair activities on SCADA equipment.
- SCADA equipment can include but is not limited to:
- Programmable Logic Controllers
- Remote terminal units
- Power Supplies
- Relays
- Breakers
- Fiber Optic and Radio Communications
- Various field devices with I/O
- Works in and around water treatment plants, water booster pump stations, production wells, water storage tanks, wastewater treatment plants, wastewater pump stations and effluent disposal sites.
Performs other duties as required within the scope of responsibility.
Pay = $26.04 - $37.76 per hour.
SCADA Specialist II
Under minimal supervision, performs maintenance of the Authority’s Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) related systems.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Identifies and completes resolution of failures; performs preventative maintenance; and knowledgeable in troubleshooting and repair activities on SCADA equipment.
- SCADA equipment can include but is not limited to:
- Programmable Logic Controllers
- Remote terminal units
- Power Supplies
- Relays
- Breakers
- Fiber Optic and Radio Communications
- Various field devices with I/O
- Works in and around water treatment plants, water booster pump stations, production wells, water storage tanks, wastewater treatment plants, wastewater pump stations and effluent disposal sites.
- Trains and develops Authority staff in proper application and use of SCADA equipment.
- Coordinates jobs with vendors and contractors to minimize the impact to operations/maintenance staff.
- Performs other duties as required within the scope of responsibility.
Pay = $29.35 - $44.03 per hour.
