About the Role

We are actively seeking a Sales Setter for outbound cold calling to join our international sales team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in generating qualified leads, supporting our sales closers, and helping drive the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients

- Identify and qualify potential leads

- Schedule appointments and manage inquiries

- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to support growth initiatives

- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems

What You Bring

- Proven experience in outbound cold calling and lead generation

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with excellent organisational skills

- High proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant experience is preferred

- Bonus: Multilingual proficiency (Spanish or French preferred)
