POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sales Manager for Accelerated Mobile Power (AMP) is responsible for leading, developing, and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth in mobile power solutions. The individual will implement sales strategies to expand AMP’s customer base, enhance client relationships, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets. This position demands a proactive leader with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the mobile power industry to identify new business opportunities, close deals, and maintain AMP’s competitive edge in the market.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets in the mobile power sector.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Address client concerns and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.

- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize this data to adjust strategies and identify growth opportunities for AMP’s mobile power solutions.

- Assist in preparing and presenting regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach. Manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new and repeat business.

- Oversee the negotiation of pricing, contracts, and terms with clients. Ensure deals are closed efficiently and profitably.

- Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with product offerings and market demands.

- Ensure that all sales activities comply with legal and company standards, maintaining ethical practices in all customer interactions and transactions.

- Performs other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- Successfully passes pre-employment background check.

- Valid U.S. Driver’s License.

- Daily in-person, predictable attendance.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL

- High School Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred.

- Power Generation background with specific experience with gas turbines and reciprocating engines required.

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in oil field Power Generation experience required.

- Clear and concise ability to articulate ideas.

- Proficient in cultivating meaningful and productive relationships, emphasizing interpersonal understanding and collaboration.

- Strong comprehension of business principles and strategies enabling informed decision making.

- Must excel in matrix and startup-oriented environments and exhibit qualities of self-motivation and innovative, out-of-the-box thinking.

- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products

- Adaptability to high stress work environments.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

Frequently required to walk, sit, climb, bend, reach and squat/kneel. The Sales Manager works primarily indoors in the office. If required to go to a worksite, the work environment includes exposure to hazardous materials, operating conditions, audio up to 85 dB and inclement weather, including typical and atypical outdoor elements and extreme cold and hot weather temperatures. Given these conditions, employees are required to wear company mandated and issued personal protective equipment (PPE) as mandated by safety personnel and job scope and must strictly adhere to all safety policies.

Noise Level: Moderate to high noise levels due to machinery and activities.

Social Interaction: Interaction with colleagues and warehouse staff; teamwork is essential.


Third-Party Power Generation Sites:

Temperature: Can vary based on location, potential exposure to outdoor conditions.

Lighting: Variable lighting conditions may require artificial lighting in certain areas.

Ventilation: Natural ventilation with potential exposure to open-air environments.

Noise Level: Moderate to high noise levels due to machinery and power generation activities.

Social Interaction: Interaction with site personnel, adherence to safety protocols is crucial.

In all environments, the ability to adapt to varying conditions, work independently or collaboratively, and adhere to deadlines is essential for successful task completion.

Work hours
