Come join our Sales team! We are seeking a Sales Support Analyst who has a passion for making a difference in the Natural Gas and Retail Energy market. The ideal candidate will be expected to support direct and/or indirect sales activities for most deregulated markets. Responsibilities and processes the candidate would be involved in include custom pricing requests, processing commercial sales agreements, and prospect and account setup, amongst others. The position will be based in Naperville, Illinois and reports to the Sales Support Manager. As we continue to grow, we need high caliber, experienced individuals, with a winning attitude.
Employees in this role conduct complex operational analyses and lead medium to large project teams that support informed decision making within the business unit.
- Employees in this role directly support our Sales team for processing commercial agreements.
- Core responsibilities include acting as liaison between our Internal Sales Team, Channel Partners and Customers, including analyze inbound requests for proposals, account set up, gathering usage data, managing changes to proposals and pricing refreshes, and any other aspects of opportunity set up to allow for bidding.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverable are met timely and accurately.
- Proactively engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally across all internal departments. Increase awareness of front to end process of cross functional teams and impacts to current team responsibility.
- Provide frequent and consistent communication to Leadership on deliverables and status updates
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
