This position is responsible for aiding in achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully supervising a sales team. Also responsible for implementing strategic plans in order to expand our customer base.
- Liaison between Sales Manager and Bare Sales
- Pricing customers to work with sales
- Attends morning production meeting as an individual gathering information from bare sales representatives on customer requests.
- Work with shop and shipping to ensure all sales orders are closed.
- Work with shipping to ensure orders ship on time
- Manage Salesforce CRM to ensure all tasks up to date
- Ensure customer communication is well documented
- Ensure opportunities are documented and up to date
- Aids in sorting CRM leads from incoming prospects
- Marketing for Bare Sales Department
- Provide monthly list of outbound prospects for predetermined and qualified end uses
- Run monthly cadence meetings for territory reviews for individual sales representatives
- Aid in ensuring current market price is being passed on to customers
- Will be engaged in a working sales territory of their own
· Various projects as assigned by the Sales Manager
· High school Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business related field preferred
· 5-7 years of sales experience with progressive responsibilities
· Strong computer skills including MS Office; experience with NAV a plus
· Ability to convey information both verbally and in written form in a professional manner
