The Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in driving business growth by managing client relationships, supporting the sales process, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with coworkers and clients to deliver exceptional service, resolve issues in alignment with company policies, and maintain accurate records within the HubSpot - CRM.
· Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
· Present and deliver information to potential clients and follow up on and resolve client questions.
· Translate engineering quotations to customer quotation format.
· Submit quotation to customer to include lead times, payment, and general terms of sales.
· Secure customer payment as needed or requested.
· Resolve and report on customer issues using company policies, and procedures.
· Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
· Close sales and work with client through closing process.
· Maintain records of all client interaction and information within the company CRM.
· Establish monitor, maintain, and report on product line sales budget, pipeline, and related activities.
· Stay abreast and advise on industry trends and competitors.
· Always follow company and OSHA safety policies and procedures.
· Associate degree in marketing, sales management or business administration.
· Experience and success in managing sales customer service situations.
· Experience with ERP and CRM systems. (Infor and HubSpot)
· Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
