Role Description

This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Edmonton, AB. The successful candidate will be part of the Corporate Services Team for tasks involving bid packages and estimating.

- Proactively identify and qualify sales opportunities through inbound and outbound channels.

- Support the sales cycle by preparing proposals, quotes, and product/service information

- Maintain regular contact with prospective and existing clients to build relationships and ensure satisfaction.

- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to address client requirements and provide tailored solutions.

- Track and update leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Requirements

- Post-secondary education in business, sales, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Experience in inside sales or customer success (B2B experience preferred).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of [industry—e.g., electrical/automation/industrial services] considered an asset.
