You will be responsible for developing technical documents, supporting the sales team with technical capabilities, and ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. - Influence technical specifications for existing and new customers.

- Develop and grow the product line pipeline.

- Acquire new customers by demonstrating product quality and value.

- Create technical documents such as white papers and technical comparisons.

- Enhance the technical capabilities of the sales team.

- Define and implement go-to-market strategies.

- Ensure market and product fit for new developments.

- Participate in IEEE committees for the product line.

Your Background

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar; Master’s or PhD preferred.

- Authorization to work in the United States.

- 10-15 years of experience in technical and marketing roles related to the products.

- Strong product marketing and sales skills.

- Focus on problem-solving strategies and customer satisfaction.

- Structured approach to engineering solutions.

- Intercultural sensitivity.

- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
