We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Application & Technical Sales Specialist with 5–10 years of direct experience working with mechanical interference connection systems (4” up to 16”)
This is a hybrid role combining field technical leadership, product training, and global business development support. The successful candidate will not only lead installation demonstrations and train field teams but will also support technical sales and marketing efforts to introduce and promote the system to end users across the U.S. and internationally.
· Lead and supervise field operations for mechanical line pipe installations using interference technology.
· Train and mentor field personnel on proper connection procedures, safety protocols, and QA/QC.
· Serve as the technical face of the product for customers, both in demonstrations and field trials.
· Travel regionally and abroad to support client installations, product launches, and project kickoffs.
· Assist with the development of training manuals, SOPs, field documentation, and marketing materials.
· Provide expert insights during the sales process to support customer decision making.
· Liaise between engineering, product development, and field operations to ensure continuous improvement.
· 5–10 years of hands on field experience with mechanical interference connection systems.
· Strong knowledge of carbon steel line pipe handling, and mechanical joining techniques.
· Proven ability to train field teams and represent a technical product to clients and decisionmakers.
· Willingness and ability to travel both regionally and internationally as required (valid passport needed).
· Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment in the field.
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
· Experience supporting product commercialization or technical sales.
· Familiarity with hydrotesting, NDT, QA/QC, or pipeline inspection standards.
· Certifications such as H2S, PEC, SafeLand, or other oilfield safety credentials.
