Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, business development, and customer engagement. You will leverage your expertise in both inside and outside sales to build strong relationships with clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their business operations.

Duties

- Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.

- Manage a designated territory with onsite and project visits, by developing strategic plans for territory management and lead generation.

- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and understand competitive positioning.

- Manage accounts, and streamline the sales process.

- Perform product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to prospective clients.

- Collaborate with management to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts.

- Execute effective negotiation tactics to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, addressing any client concerns promptly.

- Participate in cold calling initiatives to reach new customers and promote products/services effectively.

Skills

- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of direct sales techniques and account management.

- Familiarity with managing customer relationships effectively.

- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization.

- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and develop actionable insights for business growth.

- Experience in industry, technical sales or technology sales is highly desirable.

- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits of offerings.

- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.

- Experience in retail sales is a plus, demonstrating versatility in various selling environments.

Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
