Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective business development strategies and account management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both B2B and direct sales, with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients while leveraging technology and CRM software to optimize the sales process.
- Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Manage a designated territory, ensuring effective territory management and lead generation strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services effectively.
- Perform cold calling to identify potential clients and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing customers, maximizing revenue potential.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong track record in business development and account management.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes, including negotiation techniques and customer service excellence.
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
