Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our vibrant team. The perfect candidate will deliver exceptional service to our clients by providing estimates, generating jobs, reviewing plans, obtaining supplier pricing, and resolving issues promptly. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and quick response times.
Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and leads via phone, email, or chat.
•
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
•
Handle client requests and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
•
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.
•
Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or sales opportunities.
•
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
•
Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement.
•
Support sales efforts by promoting additional services or products when appropriate.
Skills
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
•
Experience in a General Contractor environment is preferred.
•
Strong client service orientation with the ability to manage difficult situations effectively.
•
Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and sales strategies is a plus.
•
Ability to analyze information and provide solutions based on customer needs.
•
Proficient typing skills for efficient communication and documentation.
•
Experience in Sales is a plus!
•
A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
