The Sales Operations Specialist plays a pivotal support role that strengthens day-to-day business development execution. Acting as the central hub for data integrity, reporting, and process coordination, this role equips senior leadership, technical sales teams, and Business Development Managers (BDMs) with timely insights that drive accountability and revenue growth. Although the position does not carry direct decision-making authority, its analyses and observations directly influence resource allocation, pipeline health, and proposal outcomes.
This position is a management role with on-call responsibilities for emergency response situations, meaning employees will work in the Stow, Ohio office and remotely as needed for projects. Schedules are based on the role and the team’s needs.
Works with Inside Company: Business Development Managers, Operations Staff, Administration
Works with Outside Company: Vendors, Clients, Contractors
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
Repeat motions that may include the wrist, hands, and/or fingers
Light work that includes moving objects up to 25 lbs.
Must be able to see, read, write, and speak.
Walking for periods of time including maneuvering uneven, uphill, and downhill terrain
% of travel time: 5-10% for occasional meetings, conferences, regional office visits.
