Operations & Sales Manager

With over 20 years of proven performance, we are seeking an Operations & Sales Manager to lead our team, drive sales growth, and oversee day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business growth through sales, maintaining and building client relationships

- Manage, mentor, and support staff across operations and administration

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations

- Work in collaboration with management team

- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation

- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements

- Represent the company professionally with clients, vendors, and industry partners

- Be available for rotational dispatch, weekend work and on-call duties as required

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3+ years of oil & gas sales experience

- Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced environment

- Highly motivated, self-starter with strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Willingness to work weekends and be on call as needed

- Valid driver’s license (clean abstract required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
